Job description

About D/DOCK and SCHOLA

D/DOCK is a spatial design community dedicated to creating honest, effective, and inspiring spaces for humans, nature, and society. Through a holistic approach and by transcending traditional design boundaries, we aim to foster a culture that connects people to their environment. At the core of this mission lies SCHOLA: our internal think-tank, an independent team focused on research, speculation, and the translation of ideas into educational programs, design narratives, and forward-thinking concepts. SCHOLA thrives on cross-disciplinary collaboration, encouraging curiosity, initiative, and creative freedom.

About the Role

We are looking for a Concept Designer to join our SCHOLA team. In this role, you’ll actively engaged in making research, elaborating innovative concepts and translating them in compelling visuals, presentations, and digital narratives. You’ll work closely with our designers and researchers but also be given the freedom to take initiative and carry on some individual projects.

We are open to any design-related background, including Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion, Graphic, Product and Multimedia Design, as far as the candidate has a cross-disciplinary midset, curiosity and drive.
