Job description

D/DOCK is a spatial design studio focused on creating innovative, holistic spaces that benefit people, nature, and society. Through their think-tank, Schola, they emphasize research, education, and cross-disciplinary design that goes beyond traditional interior design, encouraging creativity, personal initiative, and collaboration.

We are looking for a talented designer with a background in communication design or multimedia design to bridge our research and innovation team, Schola, with the Communication team. The candidate should be able to produce visually compelling images and have a sharp eye for graphics, aesthetics, image composition and storytelling, to translate our research and design projects into impactful visuals across our online and offline channels.

Proactivity is a key, as they will also support the social media strategy of our venue DB55, and actively engage the diverse range of events hosted in the space. From capturing photo and video content to identifying creative opportunities for storytelling and audience engagement.

The role involves graphic design, content curation, some art direction, and photography, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to grow in a dynamic, design-driven studio.

  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Have a good eye for photography and strong image curation skills

  • Video-making, editing and animation skills

  • Have powerful visualization/representation skills through different media

  • Are social, hands-on, and love working on different types of projects

  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative team and contributing actively

  • Speak/write fluent English

Compensation:

The internship will have a monthly compensation + travel costs. All lunch, sport activities and social events are inclusive with your internship.
